John and I were very pleased with the work that The Pergolas Sydney Authority did to repair our 24-year-old wooden garage pergola here in Sydney's iconic Paddington. It the 20 meters in the middle beam replaced and all of the smaller wood on the top as well. Ted and his team arrived on time, worked well together and were super friendly with us and our dog. They estimated 2 to 3 work days but did a great job in 1 days. The quality of the work was excellent. We recommend this company very highly.
We needed to redo our pergola and deck as it was made of all wood and had termite damage. After seeking and reviewing firms on Reviews on Google+, I chose to make a consultation appointment. Ted came out several days after. After meeting him and learning they'd finished several pergola and decks in our neighborhood of Randwick, I knew I needed to work with The Pergolas Sydney Authority . When we signed the paperwork, I believed it'd take several weeks to allow them to begin the work. To my surprise, they could begin a day or two following the paperwork was signed. Although we were replacing an existing deck, they made recommendations to improve the appearance of our deck. We also added a skirt so that we may use the space underneath the deck for storage. I was not certain how that would turn out because I am actually into things appearing cohesive and fitting. However, the skirt seems amazing!!! I could not be more happy with the finished deck and would highly recommend The Pergolas Sydney Authority.
Ted was amazing. We got several estimates before carrying on with our pergola. Ted helped us with design as well and his expertise was evident. The layout was excellent and pricing was way much better than the other rivals. There were no surprise charges as well as the pergola was constructed days ahead of our agreed upon dates. We're 100% satisfied with the results!

I'm a real estate supervisor for a big property in Alexandria in East Sydney. I had a huge long over due pergola job to be done and has meetings with with lots of pergola builders. I found The Pergolas Sydney Authority to be knowledge and ready to answer my many questions. I had really high expectations and some unusual requests. Finally, my manager has a lovely, totally constructed new pergola at a price unexpectedly less than several of the other bids. I can't say enough great things.
