Shipping Guidelines
At Pergolas Sydney Authority, we’re dedicated to giving our clients outstanding service and prompt product delivery. For all orders shipped within Australia, we have instituted the following shipping policy to guarantee a smooth and efficient shipping process.

Shipping Costs and Schedules:
The size and delivery location of our products determine the shipping costs. At checkout, shipping costs will be determined individually for each order and will be based on the customer’s delivery address.

We strive to process orders in 1-2 business days and ship them out. Please be aware that certain orders, particularly those for customised products or those placed during busy times, may take longer to process.

Customers will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status of their order as soon as it ships. This email will also include the estimated delivery time.

Delivery Method:
To guarantee the timely and safe delivery of our products, we collaborate with reliable courier and shipping services. We use Australia Post or other courier services for smaller items. We work with specialised freight companies that can manage the weight and size of the products for larger items like pergolas.

Delivery Requirements:
During the checkout process, customers are welcome to include any specific delivery instructions or requirements. While we will try our best to fulfil these requests, we are not always able to do so.

Items Lost or Damaged During Shipping:
We kindly ask that customers notify us right away in the extremely unlikely event that an item is misplaced or damaged in transit. In order to fix the problem and guarantee that the customer receives a replacement product as soon as possible, we will collaborate with the shipping company.

International Shipping:
We are sorry, but at this time, we are unable to provide international shipping. We only offer shipping inside Australia.
